The forum can be accessed by following this link. 25.5.2010 EnsoMOSAIC v7.2 releasedEnsoMOSAIC release 7.2 highlights accuracy improvements within the entire image rectification process. The new camera parameters calculated by CalCam v1.1 are applied within EnsoMOSAIC with a new set of equations. New parameter sets are used also for a number of map projections for orthoproducts of improved accuracy. 25.5.2010 CalCam v1.1 releasedA new camera model was introduced to CalCam version 1.1, which shows about twice better model fit than the previous one. This means very low residuals and highly accurate modeling of lens distortion and calculation of focal lenght and principal point. Also a new engine to create camera calibration certificate was added. 4.2.2010 Camera calibration moduleCamera calibration software CalCam has been released for independent camera calibration, i.e calculation of focal lenght, principal point and lens distortions. CalCam defines and optimizes calibration targets, instructs to take the calibration images and calculates automatically camera internal orientation. 21.10.2009 EnsoMOSAIC business to MosaicMill LtdEnsoMOSAIC business and operations were acquired from Stora Enso Oyj by MosaicMill Ltd on 21.10.2009. These versions EnsoMOSAIC UAV and UAV Pro have full functionality and image rectification power, and are scaled for typical imaging project sizes of UAVs. Please contact for licensing details. 22.10.2008 Release 7.1 and Seam line editorEnsoMOSAIC v7.1 has been released with extremely fast image display and ability to use seam lines for mosaic resampling. In addition to these major ones there is a number of small but important improvements. EnsoMOSAIC v7.1 is also available as a trial version. Simultaneously, a stand alone seam line editor was released. 15.9.2008 New GPSEnsoMOSAIC in-flight GPS has been upgraded with Novatel OEMV-1 receiver for increased accuracy. It will be delivered with all new units and is compatible with all the existing ones. Differential correction and dual frequency are also available. Simultaneously, NavCam software was updated to support the new model. 15.8.2008 Stereoscopic mappingEnsoMOSAIC has been integrated with ESPA Systems 3-D software for stereoscopic 3-D mapping. In addition to this, also EnsoMOSAIC block export into ISAT format is available for users of other 3-D packages. 25.2.2008 EnsoMOSAIC v7.0 releasedEnsoMOSAIC software version 7.0 has been released with new aerial block management which utilizes trigger positions, gps track and image headers to automatically detect and correct inaccuracies. The release includes new automated aerial triangulation and block adjustment algorithms for enhanced processing speed and accuracy. Version 7.0 introduces 3-step integrated calculation of orthos: 1)automatic aerial triangulation, 2) surface model generation, and 3) orthomosaic resampling. |
